Wo Bukuai (蜗捕快, Wō Bǔkuài), also known as the conjectural English name Officer Snail, is a character introduced in Marching to the New Wonderland.

He diligently handles cases. Despite his unremarkable appearance, he carries a snail shell and slowly crawls along major traffic routes to monitor traffic. Once he discovers someone violating traffic rules, he changes into various styles of shells to chase down offenders.
His shells come in different styles; some are luxurious prisons, some are shackles for capturing criminals, and others are cool acceleration shells. Wo Bukuai also enjoys helping people out of a sense of justice, but his speed is so slow that by the time he arrives at the scene, the situation has usually already been resolved.
