“The Balloon City Amid the Storm” (风暴中的气球城, Fēngbào Zhōng de Qìqiú Chéng) is the twenty-fifth episode of Flying Island: The Sky Adventure.

The goats come across Ballon City in the middle of a storm and they encountered Sparky who was wanted figure. After failing to eacape the storm. They found out that General Balloon who was trying to capture Sparky was actually Sparky’s good friend.
