Louise Ho Lou Yi (何璐怡, Jyutping: ho4 lou6 ji4, Pinyin: Hé Lùyí) is a Cantonese voice actress.

Background

She joined TVB’s 3rd batch of Cantonese dubbing trainees in August 2004 and became a member of TVB’s Cantonese dubbing group in November of the same year. She also served as a TVB announcer. In 2012, she made her first on-screen appearance and was interviewed on the variety show Big Boys Club. In 2021, she participated as a judge in the variety show Dub of War and served as a guest instructor in the summer dubbing training program Dub of War: Dubbing Academy organized by TVB. In November 2023, she left TVB to become a freelance voice actress. Due to her frequent dubbing of anime characters originally voiced by Japanese voice actress Rie Kugimiya, she has earned the nickname “Hong Kong’s Rie Kugimiya.”

Roles

She took over the role of Tibbie in TVB’s Cantonese dubbed donghua episodes from episode 201 of Season 1, succeeding Yorki Lam, who retired from the dubbing industry, and continued voicing the character up to Dunk for Victories, except for some episodes of The Happy Diary, The Tailor’s Closet, and Dear Little Wish, where Ho Po Shan served as her substitute.
