One morning, Wolffy is testing the new Inflatable Blimp on the top of Wolf Fortress. He believes it will be successful to catch goats by taking this invention.
The first time, when he tries to land on Goat School, Weslie comes up with an idea. It is to throw javalin at the blimp when Wolffy is low enough. So Sparky stabs the balloon and makes Wolffy fly away.
After that, Wolffy is still devoted in improving the inflatable blimp despite being wet through and frustrated. He makes use of the Fly Queen to attract plenty of spiders to spin and wrap a layer of membrane, in case of being stabbed last time. When he appears above Goat School, Weslie comes up with another idea. It is to throw himself to cut off the ropes between the balloon and the ship. Therefore, Wolffy falls into river again.
This time, Wolffy turns the material into steel to prevent Weslie to destroy the blimp easily. Wolnie agrees to go with him to catch the goats. So Mr.Slowy decides to make artificial rain by using dry ice. When the weather toggles into thunder, Weslie and Sparky fly a metal kite which is held by Wolffy later. Standing in the steel structure, Wolffy and Wolnie are both struck by thunderbolts…
