General Balloon is a character introduced in Flying Island: The Sky Adventure, episode 25. He is the main character of the episodes taking place in Balloon City.
Appearance[]
He is an orange balloon with a dark brown mustache and a blue hat. He also has a white cape and a white bandage on his arm.
Personality[]
He looks grumpy on the outside, but on the inside, he is nice and caring to his people. One time when he and Weslie and the other goats with Wolffy tried to escape from the storm, he thought the balloons would get hurt and as a result, they didn't escape. But later on, General Balloon decided that he shouldn't be so overprotective, and they managed to escape the storm.
History[]
Most of his history is unknown. One of the bandages on his body is to cover a battle scar that he received while trying to save the people of Balloon City.
