Fragrant Wolf (香太狼, Xiāng Tàiláng) is a character from the Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf series.
Personality[]
She comes close to marrying Jay, but ends up marrying Darker, Wolffy’s older cousin. She is also a bit vain, like her older sister, and enjoys hitting her husband, though it’s with an iron rather than a frying pan. She has a daughter that was Wilie’s friend. She is shown to care a lot about her appearances, much like Wolnie.
Etymology[]
Xiāng (香) means “fragrant,” Tài (太) is often used to denote “big” or “great,” and Láng (狼) means “wolf.” Together, Xiāng Tàiláng can mean “Fragrant Big Wolf.” The name Tàiláng (太狼) is also a pun on the common Japanese male name “Tarō.”
