Chapper (芯太狼, Xīn Tàiláng), also known as the General Wolf (狼将军, Láng Jiāngjūn), is a major antagonist in Mighty Little Defenders. He also makes appearances in Against the Dark Force, Dunk for Victories, and The World Guardians. In Ultimate Battle: The Next Generation it is shown that he used to work for Chief Wolf.
Appearance[]
General Wolf is a strong old wolf, He wears a black-purple shirt with wolf claws on his chest and a pair of black pants. He wears a pair of purple leather shoes and a purple belt with wolf claws on his waist. His hair is purple. He has white airplane hair and a public white beard. In battle scenes, he often wears sunglasses and a cloak. When he was young, he had a normal figure and wore a denim suit. When in battle he wears a badge that allows him to use dangerous abilities. While with the badge he can transform into an even more powerful form.

General Wolf was Gogoa’s friend when he was younger.
Personality[]
General Wolf is very strict and demanding of the other wolves. He always calls them to ask why they haven’t caught any goats. He considers any wolves who oppose him to be traitors and tries to capture them.
Etymology[]
Xīn (芯) means “wick” or “computer chip,” Tài (太) is often used to denote “big” or “great,” and Láng (狼) means “wolf.” Together, Xīn Tàiláng can mean “Chip Big Wolf.” The name Tàiláng (太狼) is also a pun on the common Japanese male name “Tarō.”

In The World Guardians, Wolther says he is the top General Wolf, while Sparky says the General Wolf in his heart will always be Chapper.
